Cancellation Policy
When do I place my order?
- All orders must be placed by Sunday EOD for the following week. Pickup on the following Thursday.
- Orders will be ready on Thursday at our porch pick up between 3-8pm.
What happens if I can't pick up my order?
We understand that things can come up but it would be good to have someone pick up your order if you can’t make it in time. Any forgotten orders will be available for sale at a small discount on Friday morning.
* Please Note:Failure to pick up or submit payment more than twice will result in loss of ordering privileges with Rising Grace Baking.
What time do I pick up my order?
Between 3-8pm on Thursday.
Why don't you accept same day orders? (Why do I have to pre-order?)
We ask that orders be placed by the Sunday before Thursday pickup because sourdough bread requires a 3 to 5 day preparation process.
Do you accept special orders?
Yes, we certainly do. Please send through your request to info@risinggracebaking.com
How do I pay for my order?
- Based on the cottage laws in VA, all orders must be paid in person once you pick up your baked goods. We accept venmo or cash,
- When you arrive for pickup, your order will be in a bag labeled with your name and the total amount due.
- Please stop and scan my Venmo QR code to make your payment before leaving.
- If you prefer to pay with cash, exact change is required. A secure cash box will be on the porch for cash payments. Envelopes and pens will be provided for your convenience.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Orders are FINAL However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your order you will need to let us know 2 days in advance. Please email info@risinggracebaking.com.
